Lighten Up with Herbal 'Coffee'

2 cups purified or spring water
1 Tbsp roasted dandelion root
1 Tbsp roasted chicory
1 cinnamon stick
Heat the water to boiling.
Put the dandelion root and chicory in a tea ball. Add cinnamon stick.
Steep for 4 minutes.
Remove tea ball, stir with cinnamon stick and serve warm.
Add your favorite nut or coconut milk if desired.
Skip sweetener and savor the warm slightly bitter dandelion and chicory with cinnamon.
