Smoothie with Cranberry & Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup coconut milk from the can (get an organic one without guar gum). Shake it up first so you get some of the liquid and some of the thickened cream

1 cup unsweetened almond or other nut milk

1/8 cup fresh cranberries

1 heaping tablespoon canned pumpkin

1/2 frozen banana

2 pitted medjool dates

Few baby kale or spinach leaves

Spices to taste: Dash of cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom

DIRECTIONS:

Add all to your blender and give it a good spin until frothy.

Add a pinch more of spices to your taste.
